We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, emotionally-intelligent Online Business Manager / Operations Director to work closely with our Founder to bring structure, calm, organization, and flow into our world — so we can continue serving at a high level while scaling with integrity.

This is NOT an admin or VA position.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who loves creating order from complexity and “owning outcomes.”

Help take ideas → organized plans → smooth execution, while leading our small team, building strong systems, and ensuring our client + student experience remains deeply supportive.

You protect the nervous system of the Founder by running operations with clarity, warmth, and leadership.

You will own the following areas:

• Turn goals into structured project plans + timelines
• Create SOPs + workflow systems
• Maintain project management tools (ClickUp/Asana/etc.)
• Increase efficiency + reduce chaos
• Oversee contractor + team coordination
   

• Oversee student onboarding + experience
• Maintain schedules + reminders
• Support delivery systems for certifications + mentorships
• Track completion + feedback
• Ensure clients feel supported and guided
   

• Build + manage launch calendars
• Coordinate tasks across the team
• QA tech + links
• Track key metrics + performance
• Support rollout of The Switch™ modality
   

• Run team meetings
• Support and hold accountability kindly
• Assist with hiring + onboarding
• Help maintain a healthy, compassionate culture
   

• Track key metrics such as leads, revenue pacing, retention, etc.
• Provide clear weekly updates

Your superpower is bringing order, structure, clarity, and follow-through.

You likely have:

• 3–5+ years as an OBM, Ops Manager, Integrator, or PM
• Experience in online education, healing, or coaching industries
• Experience managing launches + ongoing programs
• Knowledge of platforms like Kajabi/Teachable, CRMs, Stripe, project management tools, etc 
• Strong written + verbal communication
• Remote team leadership experience
   

Bonus points for:

• Trauma-informed awareness
• Experience working with certifications or practitioner training
• Light event coordination experience
   

This role will begin part-time (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into full-time as we scale.

Estimated Monthly Retainer:
💵 $2,500/month
